No, our Company (Right Belief Paper & Stationers Private Limited) is Registered under Digital India Initiative so we do not have option for COD.

Order Processing

When your order is confirmed:

We will send you a message. Do check your phone. We will put through an e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by dropping us an email at support@belief-mart.com or giving us a call at +91-9565969696.

Payments

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST amount will also be refunded at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under our shipping policy.

In case payment fails through Online Payment Gateway (Instamojo) you can retry once ensuring that the information entered is accurate & also sometimes the server do not respond of some specific banks at the moment so please try any other gateway among the three.

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is included to the product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

Yes, but in this case do mention your GST Number in Order Notes.

Order Cancellations

Drop us an email at support@belief-mart.com or give us a call at +91-9565969696.

It depends upon the mode of payment :

  1. If you have paid through Online Mode (Credit/ Debit Card, Wallets & more) the amount will be received directly without your bank details required within 15 days of cancellation.
  2. If you have paid through IMPS/ NEFT or RTGS. We will send you an email to get your bank details & will transfer directly to you within 15 days of cancellation.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing it & in any case we are unable to deliver it within a month the order is eligible for cancellation.

Customized Orders can only be canceled if delivery not happened within 2 Months in any situation.

Though all the orders are delivered at the earliest in unexpected situations these terms come into action.


Returns & Refunds

Returns are applicable if you received any wrong/ damaged product from us. In that case, send us the request within 3 days of receiving the product at support@belief-mart.com with order details or send us whatsapp/ call at +91-9565969696.

After the request is received we ask for replacement or refund. In case of replacement we share new Order Number & dispatch the products & in case of refund, you can check our refund policy.

Shipping & Tracking

We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Though as we deliver “Make in India” Products to 82 Countries sometimes our all units overflow & the item might get delayed a couple of days.

We either dispatch the product from our nearby dealer & if the unit is busy we ship from the nearest unit from order placed to assure fast & secure delivery.

We Send the tracking link to assure feasibility in tracking by email & sms once order is dispatched.
