Sorry, our company (Right Belief Paper & Stationers Private Limited) is Registered under Digital India Initiative so we do not have the option for Cash on Delivery.

After the order is placed, you will receive an email with order confirmation along with the order number. Once the order is dispatched you will receive tracking details from us & all the Delivery Notifications will be send via email & sms so that there is no need of follow up.

We are the only Manufacturers of these Cotton Cloth Boards in India so sometimes depending upon cloth availability these products are delivered within 7 days but it might take around 30-45 days to deliver them in India & about 65-80 days in International Countries.

Though we are starting more units by April 2018 to increase its Production to Deliver these products more Quickly.

Order Processing

When your order is confirmed. You will get an order confirmation email with all the order details & the same will be shown in My Accounts Tab.

You can Add Products to cart after choosing their required Quantity. In case you are unable to find the same you can call us at +91-9565969696 or email us at support@belief-mart.com so that we can take care of it.

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed it for dispatch. To Change the address you can email us to support@belief-mart.com or call us at our Toll Free Number – 1800-100-7085.

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.

Please note: It sometimes takes up to 15 days for the tracking details to be shared upon sale.


Payments

Yes, If you return or cancel the order the applicable GST amount will also be refunded at the time of refund.

In case payment fails through Online Payment Gateway (Razorpay) you can retry ensuring that the information entered is accurate & also sometimes the server do not respond of some specific banks at the moment so it will be done after sometime.

GST is single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is included to the product’s sale price. GST has to be borne/ paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry Tax etc.

Yes, but you should mention your GST number in Order Notes or send us a reply in order confirmation email immediately after you receive email or call us at 1800-100-7085

Order Cancellations

Drop us an email at support@belief-mart.com or give us a call at 1800-100-7085 depending upon the eligibility of order cancellation.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, so we suggest to take a definite decision or if you are confused for the right product contact us through chat, email us or call us.

Orders can only be cancelled if we are unable to deliver within 30 Working days for normal orders & for Customised orders the duration is 60 Working days.

The situations are difference under Sale Periods, March, April & May as well because of highest amount of order flow.

For the Sale Periods & the 3 months you can check from our help desk.

It depends upon the mode of payment :

  • If you have paid through Online Mode (i.e. Credit/ Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets etc.) the amount will be received directly without any bank credentials requirement within 15 working days from cancellation.
  • If you have paid through IMPS/ NEFT or RTGS. You can send us your bank details via email so that we can get it done from our accounts.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are applicable if you received any wrong/ damaged product from us. In that case you can send us the request within 3 days from delivery of the product at support@belief-mart.com with order details or send us whats app to +91-9565969696.

After the request is received you can tell us either for Refund or Replacement.

It depends upon the mode of payment :

Shipping & Tracking

We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time as possible. Though as we deliver “Make In India” Products to 135 Countries so sometimes our all units overflow & goods get delayed from couple of days.

Though our units are increasing to every part of India to get the Delivery Done of goods in an unexpected time frame.

We will send the tracking link with receipt via email & all the notifications of delivery scheduling will be sent via email & sms with proper information.


Vendorship

Yes as per the growing needs of individual cities we have dealership in 3 tiers & the same case is for the amount of security.

The amount of security depends upon the Area you want to take dealership for & we have classified the cities in 3 Zones (Prime, Secondary & Others).

All security paid will be under proper Legal Agreement.

We have 2 Sectors as per Total Invoicing Value.

  • 100% Advance is for Invoice Value Less than 2 Crores.
  • Above 2 Crores its 75% Advance & 25% once goods are ready for dispatch.

For security part we share Signed Proforma Invoice on our Company Letter head with complete Company Details.

Yes, if the Proforma Invoice Validity expires. Our vendors will get a request from us either to wait or to refund.

In terms of refunding the payment, cheque will be disbursed with 1.5% Interest per month of 30 days from refund request date.

In terms of wait, an Email will be sent with all the required documents.

We very happily invite Companies to become our vendors & there are 8 stages in which we offer the Vendor-ship. Be it for city, state & etc.
