Returns are applicable if you received any wrong/ damaged product from us. In that case, send us the request within 3 days of receiving the product at email@example.com with order details or send us whatsapp/ call at +91-9565969696.
After the request is received we ask for replacement or refund. In case of replacement we share new Order Number & dispatch the products & in case of refund, you can check our refund policy.
It depends upon the mode of payment :
- If you have paid through Online Mode (Credit/ Debit Card, Wallets & more) the amount will be received directly without your bank details required within 15 days of cancellation.
- If you have paid through IMPS/ NEFT or RTGS. We will send you an email to get your bank details & will transfer directly or send cheque to you within 15 days of cancellation (As Per Situation).
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Has Crossed the Limit of Purchase Order (Customized Products Not Included)
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- No items are eligible for return if you “no longer need it”. If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a free replacement.
