Returns are applicable if you received any wrong/ damaged product from us. In that case you can send us the request within 3 days from delivery of the product at email@example.com with order details or send us whats app to +91-9565969696.
After the request is received you can tell us either for Refund or Replacement.

It depends upon the mode of payment :
- If you have paid through Online Mode (i.e. Credit/ Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets etc.) the amount will be received directly without any bank credentials requirement within 15 working days from cancellation.
- If you have paid through IMPS/ NEFT or RTGS. You can send us your bank details via email so that we can dispatch the cheque from Head Office (It will be under 15 working days extension).

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Has Crossed the Limit of Purchase Order (Customized Products Not Included)
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- No items are eligible for return if you “no longer need it”. If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a free replacement.
